Schaltbau Holding AG - Personnel change in Executive Board

Munich, 26 Januar 2012– With date of January 26th, 2012 the Supervisory Board agreed to comply with the request made by Hans Gisbert Ulmke to resign as Member of the Executive Board from Schaltbau Holding AG with immediate effect. Hans Gisbert Ulmke will leave the company with date of July 31st, 2012 by mutual agreement as a result of differing opinion regarding the corporate policy.
