With the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG) that came into effect on 1st July 2005, German legislation introduced new publication obligations for listed companies. That is why we will compile our company and capital market publications such as ad-hoc releases, intermediate reports, participation announcements and notifiable securities transactions in an annual document ("annual document").
