Principles of data protection

As a data processor, we are subject to the regulations of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG) and supplementary data protection regulations of many other provisions, e.g. telecommunications law.

When processing data on the order of third parties, we only carry out such data processing within the framework of the orders of the ordering party and in accordance with § 11 BDSG by means of a written application that specifies the kind and method of data processing, organisational and technical measures used and possible sub-contracts, as well as the persons responsible for all individual operations.
