Preliminary figures 2011 - Schaltbau Group grew more quickly than expected
Munich, 18 January 2012 – The Schaltbau Group has exceeded its own growth expectations for the fiscal year 2011. Preliminary figures indicate that Group sales for the 12-month period were 13.8 per cent up on the previous year, totalling €319.2 million (2010: €280.5 million).

Munich, 2 January 2012 – PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH, based in Dinslaken and a wholly owned subsidiary of Schaltbau Holding AG, today finalised its acquisition of the shunting equipment and signals specialist Tiefenbach GmbH of Sprockhövel.
Schaltbau GmbH says goodbye to Hans Kudlacek as Managing Director
Munich, 2 January 2012 – After more than 15 years’ service to the Schaltbau Group and almost 12 of those years at Schaltbau GmbH of Munich, the company’s long-serving Managing Director Hans Kudlacek (63) resigned from his post for age reasons at the end of the year.
